Who We Are

Phifer Industries, Inc. is a State of Florida Certified General Contracting Company located in Spring Hill, Florida specializing in new Commercial and Industrial construction, Commercial, Condominium, and Historic Restoration, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Metal Building Re-Roof Systems, Metal Building Retro-fits, and Tenant Build-Outs for the private and governmental markets. We provide competitive bids, fair and honest negotiated offerings, turn-key projects, including design-build services and construction management expertise.

Phifer Industries, Inc. (formally Christopher-Lyn Company, Inc.) has had an on-going relationship with metal building manufactures for over twenty year utilizing these products on numerous secondary and primary school projects in Pasco, Brevard, and Lee Counties. Phifer Industries, Inc. has completed projects for Disney World, the Kennedy Space Center, the University of Florida, Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and city and county government projects. We have completed Restoration projects for the State of Florida Prison System and almost every insurance company located in the state.
