Armellini Transit Refrigeration
Armellini Transit Refrigeration Building Re-roof located in Palm City, Fl. Scope of work included removing of all existing roof panels, purlins, eave struts, knee braces, gutters, downspouts, and other related metal building roof trim damaged by wind and fire. Design and installation of new Roof Purlins, Eave Struts, Flange Braces, retro-fit and repair to existing Canopy Beam Extensions all in accordance with 2004 Florida Building Code. Installation of Bay-Saver Insulation System made by Bay Industries, Inc. with total approximate R-value of R-40. Installation of new Inland Buildings 24-Ga. Galvalume DR Roof panels with related Ridge Cap Flashing, Gutters, Downspouts, Rake Trim, Eave Trim, and miscellaneous trim to make for a complete job. All new electrical, plumbing, floor refinish, interior wall re-insulation, new or repaired Overhead Doors, Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler testing and retrofit, Refrigeration repair, cleaning, re-charging, or replacement, and the construction of a new Shipping Office inside of warehouse was also on scope of work. The end result was a weather-tight roof system and newly refurbished Refrigerated Warehouse interior.
