Armellini Transit Shop/ Maintenance Building Re-roof located in Palm City, Fl. Scope of work included removing approximately 30,000 square feet of wind damaged and deteriorating metal roof panels, rusted roof purlins and eave struts. Replaced metal roof system with Inland Buildings 24-Ga. DR Galvalume Roof Panels with related Trim, Gutters, Downspouts, Interior Gutters, Roof-to-Wall Transition Flashing, Roof-to-Roof Step Flashing, Roof Curbs, Ridge Vents and Ridge Cap Panels over 2" Vinyl-Faced Fiberglass Metal Building Roof Insulation. Replaced deteriorated Roof Purlins, Eave Struts, and made other structural repairs as required.
