Comfort Suites Hotel
Construction Managers on a 48-Unit Comfort Suites Hotel located in Clearwater, Florida overlooking Clearwater Bay. The Hotel consisted of three floors of which the First Floor contained the Lobby, Hotel Check-in, Continental Breakfast Kitchen and Dining Area, Managers and Auditors Office, Exercise Room, and the Hotel Laundry Facility, as well as Covered Guest Parking. The Second and Third Floors had 24-rooms per floor with a Managers Apartment on the Third Floor.
The construction of the hotel included Concrete Masonry, Precast and Prestressed Concrete, Structural Steel Framing, Structural Metal Stud Framing, Metal Bar Joist, Steel Stairs, Cast-in-Place Concrete, an EIFS Exterior Wall Finish System, EPM Roof System, Fire-Rated Gypsum Wall Board Interior Finishes, Oak Cabinetry and Trim, Imported Marble Vanities, Elevator, Laundry Chute, Vinyl Wall Coverings, Imported Floor Tile, Wall Tile, Carpeting, Window Systems, Explosion Proof Windows, Bullet Proof Windows, Solid Core Doors and Special Door Hardware, ADA Compliant Accessories, Furnishings, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Landscaping, Site Irrigation, an Under Ground Retention System, Guard Rails, Security Lighting, Swimming Pool, Spa, Pool Heater, Fencing, Parking, DOT Entrances, Signage and Traffic Markings.
