Silver Star Commerce Center located in Winter Park, Florida, was a 45,000 sq. ft. combination Office, Retail and Warehouse complex. Construction included a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Roof Framing System with an Inland Buildings 22-Ga SS-20 Galvalume Standing Seam Roof Panel System; Exterior Walls were constructed of 8-inch Tilt-up Concrete Panels. Other finishes involved Store Fronting, Acoustical Ceilings, finished Gypsum Board Walls, Carpeted and VCT Flooring, Site Utilities, Electrical and Interior Lighting, Plumbing, HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Security and Fire Alarm Systems, Parking Lots, Site Signage, Water Retention Areas, and Landscaping..
