Southern Palms RV Resort
Palm Hall at Southern Palms in Eustis, Florida required the removal of the existing pre-engineered roof system, mansard roof panels, soffit, back-side parapet wall panels, existing interior gutters, related trim and roof curbs. After removal of the existing materials, Christopher-Lyn Company, Inc. installed new Inland Buildings 24-Ga. DR White Roof Panels over 3” White Vinyl Clad Fiberglass Insulation, installed new prefabricated Roof Curbs and VTR Boots, installed 26-Ga. Antique Bronze DR Mansard Panels, installed 26-Ga. Snowdrift White Soffit Panels with related Trim, provided and installed new Interior Gutters, Downspout Sleeves, and Cap and Flashings Trim.
Interior work included new Fire-Rated Gypsum Board Wall systems, Fire Rated Acoustical Ceilings, retrofitting of the Men and Women’s Restrooms including new Plumbing Fixtures, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Tiled walls and Floors, the construction of a new ADA Uni-sex Restroom, New VCT, Tile, and Carpeted Floor Coverings, new Light Fixtures and Air Conditioning/Heating Duct System with new Delivery Grills and Return Air..
