Armellini Transit Office
Hurricane and fire related repairs to the Armellini Express Lines Administrative Office Building including both interior and exterior repairs. The interior work consisted of replacement and refinish of gypsum wallboard, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling tile replacement, new wall and ceiling insulation, painting of walls, doors, and ceilings, and the repair of other damage caused by water intrusion. Replacement of all structural and stitch screws with over-sized screws and washers on the existing metal roof, which were loosened during high winds. Surveyed roof and made other necessary repairs to trim and gutters.
